Cliff Carney

Cliff is born and bred at the heart of the Rockies, a true Centennial State original.  He has always had a passion for everything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, ranching, and exploring the vast landscape of the West and the world over.  He is also a very successful entrepreneur, and has launched, developed, and exited several small businesses.  Some of his experiences include managing some smaller ranches and various properties along with owning and operating a very successful big game outfitting operation here in Western Colorado for many years, pursuing everything from Desert Bighorn Sheep to the ever-elusive Mountain Lion.  Along the way Cliff has gained a vast knowledge of the extreme importance of a healthy balance between hunting and grazing to ensure maximum benefits for all farm and ranch property to ensure stellar results in both aspects, on any piece of land.

When it comes to being intimate with property, Cliff feels he cannot research a property enough, this may include different times in a day, month, and year to see everything a property has to offer and unveil at different times, this is truly important to Cliff to convey any property in a way that it deserves. Cliff has been fortunate to have worked, hunted, or lived in almost every region of the Centennial State.  Ranging from the high alpine peaks to the vast deserts and prairies along the easterly and westerly edges of the state.  This gives him a keen insight into what his client may be looking for.  This is extremely important as Colorado holds such diverse landscapes.  In essence, of all that Cliff stays active in Safari Club International, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation along with Ducks Unlimited and several other organizations.

Last but certainly not least, Cliff values family and friendship most of all.  He is extremely selfless and always puts his wife and three children, along with many dear friends, before himself.  Always getting more enjoyment through seeing smiles on others faces before his.  This includes sharing the outdoors, hunting, fishing, providing youth opportunities of all types along with offering mentorship as well as leadership guidance.
