“25 Ranch”

The 25 Ranch is a historic and expansive cattle ranch situated in northern Nevada. The property encompasses approximately 126,018± deeded acres and spans across four counties in Northeastern Nevada. The Ranch also has an abundance of certificated, adjudicated and vested water rights and are sufficient to water livestock in excess of 15,000± head throughout the year, during the applicable grazing season on the lands where such water is located.
